We take Walkins. Kindly call us to know if there is an availability. But the priority is on the customers who book their appointments.
We take overnight customers only on appointment on call. There is $25 extra fee for the night service.


Deposit Requirements and Cancellation

We require a non-refundable $30 deposit to secure your slot. But your deposit will still be available for future appointments within a period of 2 months only if you council your appointment 24h before the due date.
To reschedule a cancelled appointment, you should send us the copy of the email or message you sent to cancel the appointment and reschedule your new appointment on call at least 24h before the new appointment date.


NO SHOW APPOINTMENT

If you don’t cancel and you don’t show it on your appointment date you will not be refund.The deposit is included in the total balance of the price. We take Cash, Cashapp or Zelle.
The deposit can just be refunded if we fail to receive you on an appointed time or an error occurred on our end.
The price you see in your confirmation email is the starting price. We suggest choosing your size and length on the size and length guide and send either message or call or have final price. else the final price will be given to you in the shop after choosing the size and the length of your braids.
We provide straight black hair for styles like knotless braids, box braids and cornrows. For colored hair and any other style, kindly bring your hair.


LATE APPOINTMENT

If you are running late, kindly notify me by call or message.


ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND

If you have any issue after braiding your hair, bring it up before you leave the seat.
Any concern must be address before leaving the shop.
Our priority is your satisfaction. Never leave our shop unhappy if there is any issue there is always a way to sort it out.
